This is a non-smoking building. No pets or animals are allowed in the building. Please leave this historic building in condition it was found. Our staff cleans and has the space ready for each event. Additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added for confetti cleanup. Ask about discounts if booking more than 8 hours in a single calendar week day. Discounts are not applied for weekend bookings. **A security guard will be provided for bookings on weekends and outside the hours of 8am to 5pm during week days. The security guard cost will be added to bookings after 5pm and weekends. The space was great for our team and event and Jonathan was a great and very responsive host. My only improvement would be a better projector. If you need solid projection or AV I suggest you bring your own or confirm whether they have what you need.
Jonathan is a great host. He is so flexible with all the request and always happy to accommodate all the needs I had prior to my event. The venue is great and I really enjoyed having my wedding at Downtown Historic Firehouse, Thank you Jonathan for all your help and support to make my event a success.
This was an excellent space to do a photo session with a model! Jonathan met me beforehand and let me tour the space. The room looks and feels spacious, and the light inside is great! Will definitely book this space again for more studio-type work!
Jonathan was so helpful and quick to reply to all our questions and offer suggestions. Space is beautiful, everyone was professional and accommodating, and the natural lighting was perfection. Lots of wall space!
This was a great space to hold 2 days of trainings. We had ample space to configure the room a variety of ways and the back area for food worked out great. We were concerned with 1 bathroom for 20 people but it turned out okay! The only difficulty I'll mention is that the high ceilings can make it echo-y and a bit challenging to hear at times.
Nice space, the host was super helpful in getting us everything we needed. There was a small hiccup when we arrived to set up for our event (the security guard wasn't able to enter the building and we wound up locked out for 10-15 mins) but the host fixed our problem and gave us an extra half hour for free. This venue worked out really well for our event.
A pleasant functional space for our group. Jonathan was very quick to respond to my multiple questions as a planner who lives outside of the area. Onsite staff was available very quickly to assist when needed. Separate area to stage food and use of a sink and refrigerator helped with the flow of the event. New chairs, table coverings provided, and the reasonable price are all pluses for this venue. I will definitely book this space again.
