Hours & Overtime: Building hours are 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday). Please inquire regarding holiday hours and pricing. The timeframe agreed listed in your booking is the time you are permitted to use the space. If you exceed that time, you will be charged overtime. Security and venue staff is here to politely remind you of the time perimeters of your event, please be respectful to our staff and security. Security leaves at 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. You are not allowed in the building if Security is not onsite. Security: For all events, security is required. We have building security on-site Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If your event hours fall outside this window, there will be an additional hourly fee for security. If you are hoping to extend our regular hours, arrangements prior to the day of your event are required. The security guard is on site for your protection and the protection of the building. Eating/Drinking: Please keep all food and drinks in the venue. Food and beverages should not be consumed on other floors or into the lobby of the building. There is no glass permitted on the rooftop patio. All glass must remain inside. Cleaning: space should be left as it was rented and trash stored IN BAGS at the side of the bar for pickup. If any items are left behind in the space an additional $250 hauling fee is required. Please do not leave any items behind unless authorized by the venue.
Both the space and venue manager made planning this last minute event from afar an absolute BREEZE! The space itself is well laid out and impeccably designed. Marcy was amazing to work with as she is helpful, stays calm under pressure and overall just a joy to work with. The next time we're in San Fran, we will definitely be using them again!
I never write reviews, but this was a must. Marcy and her team, Barbara, Mike, and the bartenders she provided, it was a one stop shop. Seamless, well coordinated, amazing venue, nothing but good things. We will be back!
Second time my team has used this space for a work offsite, which was great! My team loves the natural light and the conference room area! I would recommend if you plan on using this space beyond the contracted hours to work this out with Marcy so that you do not incur any overtime charges.
Pictures cannot accurately describe just how awesome this space is. All rooms are connected to an iPad for ease of use navigating music, projector, TV, and other fancy tech needs. The outdoor patio was a definitely bonus and we conducted the majority of our meeting/offsite outdoors while enjoying the beautiful weather. My team will definitely return to this awesome space.
Beautiful venue! The rooftop terrace has great views. You really don't need much to host an event here... the space is enough. Great people to coordinate with as well.
The space was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and the service was top notch. Marcy was on top of every detail and available. She was friendly, profesional and approachable which made our interactions easy. The one issue we had was with the projector they had on site. The cables were loose so we kept loosing connectivity and it's clunky which took a lot of space on the table. Other than that it was spacious with lots of windows and natural light. We will definitely be coming back.
Gorgeous space with lots of natural light. We loved spending the day here and it was perfect for our team offsite. We had some minor issues with the projector but Marcie fixed it immediately. Other than the projector issue, no other complaints. We'll definitely be back!
