When we arrived onsite at the agreed-upon hour of 8:30am, no one was onsite, and no one was reachable by phone. Additionally, the room that was promised to us in the picture, was locked an unavailable, so we set up in a room that was open (but not what we asked for).

Always a great experience with this location. Was even able to add more time to our booking the night before without any issues. Only complaint is that it's in the basement of the building so it had a bit of a musty smell on that floor but that's to be expected.

We filmed a scene here and didn't have any problems catching audio. The texture of the wall gives it a good look being that it has white walls. This will be my go-to place to film. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
