Alejandra L. booked an event for 30 people
This space was a blessing to the Team! We had an issue with our building's elevator and we were going to have to cancel our Hibachi Dinner Chef but thanks to Lauren and her speedy communication we were able to book this area a couple hours prior. The building was beyond accommodating and helped us throw a great event!
De'Andre M. booked an event for 20 people
I did not have the best experience at this venue. Lauren was not the most responsive and she did not show me how to get into the building and it was very hard to get ahold of her the day of. She did not respond to me the day of the event. There are no bathrooms at the venue, and there’s a key card that is needed to enter the building. The venue’s space heaters did not work and I was not given clear instruction on how to use them so my guest were cold. The parking was not good, Lauren insisted that there wasn’t enough parking at the venue but there was clearly way more than enough parking for my guest and she did not allow me to purchase more parking spaces. It was very difficult to park and the intercom was not working, I almost ruined my proposal because the venue was not letting us in. I did not have a good experience at this venue but my vendors and the people in the space made the space. Lauren was not the best host the day of the event and if you are having a proposal or any surprise event, I would not recommend going to this venue. I was very unimpressed with the space as well but my proposal went great so God is good. Please think twice before booking with the vendor.
Michael F. booked a birthday party for 28 people
Wonderful space! Hosted a birthday party here and everyone enjoyed. There are quite a few rules though, so be aware that you’ll need to sign an additional contract with them to secure the booking.
Great space, heaters, kitchen area. TV wasn't working for us unfortunately but we made do!
Mary L. booked a baby shower for 20 people
Site was as expected although we were frustrated by additional requirement (post booking) to sign an addition non- Peerspace contract. This contract included not being able to do an on-site visit, re-arrange furniture to suit our needs and other specifics, such as that they could re-locate us to another equitable venue. I did negotiate w the host to have a local family member visit the site so we could better understand if it fit our needs. Turns out furniture was other than what we’d pictured, though fit same number of people. There are 5 small square tables w 3/4 chairs at each 16 total. ( pix made them look bigger) Since the tables were small, it would have been nice to re-arrange to a more cohesive group configuration. We were told we could move chairs; that did help. We were told we could us bathroom facilities on 1st, 3rd or 5th floors. The one on 1st floor was in maintenance area and did not fit in quality or cleanliness or even have paper goods! The Concierge did not know how to get to the others; our fob did not work to go out the gate to the stairs to the 5th floor. (Though twice some guy came up & reached thru opened gate from other side, walked into kitchen we were using to get ice). We were told residents might walk thru, but this seemed overbearing and a little disconcerting. We paid a lot to rent a private space; a notice to residents should be placed at each entrance to explain it is being used for a Private Party.
Sharon J. booked a graduation party for 40 people
I rented this place out for my college graduation party and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect! It was so nice I hardly had to decorate. The staff was super nice and helpful and I overall had a great experience
