This fully equipped studio space is ideal for all of your production & meeting needs. Executive office suites and an upstairs loft allow you to have a private space for conferences, client meetings, table reads, and administrative work. The studio is equipped with lighting, chairs, and AV for presentations, screenings, and auditions. The lobby and concession area also create an ideal environment for castings, workshops, and panels. Our main studio has 16ft. ceilings and is crafted to be a multi-functional modular production environment. This space can be converted using wall flats to re-create any set you desire. The house comes equipped with dimmable LED lights that are ideal for setting a range of moods for your shoot. In addition, there is a private sound room perfect to do recordings, ADR, self-tapes and green screen. Other amenities include: Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, bathroom, flat panel TV, monitors, set lights, HD cameras, and shotgun microphones. No loud music after 11pm. No smoking. No Pets. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include set up and clean up time. Please inquire for details about staffing. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster. Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided. All space rentals will include a refundable cleaning deposit of $100.
Our experience could not have been better. This spot is a gem. We held our event with zero complications or complaints. Steve was on hand while we set up, when we tore down, and on call the entire time. He made this a breeze. And I expect to use the venue many times in the future.
