Located in prime Santa Monica, our space is ideal for large events such as business meetings, community gatherings, get togethers and more. The space is equipped with a brand new top of the line 65 inch Sony 4k smart TV which is located in the lounge area. Also included is a meeting table that seats up to 10 guests perfect for any type of business meetings. This space is not intended to be used to throw loud parties and DJ’s or loud speaks are not allowed, no exceptions. Amenities: - High speed wifi (300/150 mbps) - Commercial printer/copy/fax machine - Nespresso coffee machine - Large double sided white board (markers included) - State of the art air conditioner - Mini refrigerator Tables & Seats: Our space includes a total of 9 tables (5 individual desks 4 shared tables) along with 19 individual roller chairs. The spaces also has 2 couches. **We can also provide up to 20 folding chairs upon request** Parking: There is plenty 2 hour parking available directly in front of our space. Also 9 hour parking available on Broadway west of 25th on the North side of the street. Important: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate my day, and to schedule the housekeepers. 1) NO ARRIVING UNTIL YOUR BOOKED TIME. If you are holding an event, make it clear to your guests that it is not okay to arrive until your reservation start time. We want to ensure that you or your guest do not arrive while the space is rented out by others prior to your time slot. If your guests happen to be in the area sooner than your booked time, make sure they do not disturb an existing session or loiter in front of the space if it is in use. 2) No smoking allowed indoors 3) No playing loud music or DJ's allowed. A small portable stereo can be used to play music at low levels. 4) All trash must be taken out. 5) leave the place as you found it. We charge a $50 catering fee if you choose to bring your own food or lease the space in a condition which requires cleaning. This is used towards cleaning the space.
This venue was booked after our original space was double booked. We were very disappointed with the state of this venue especially as a medical device company hosting 20 professionals. There was trash overflowing from the bind (therefore nowhere for our trash to go), the bathroom was filthy with no paper towels to wash hands, and temperature was between 56-59 degrees the entire four hours (people had on gloves and hats indoors). The manager informed me we would receive a discount for all of our issues but I still haven't received a discount. He also offered a rebooking for the same amount of time at no charge but I clearly would never want to return. Very disappointed and would not recommend for a professional event.
This space worked well for my team planning offsite of 13 people. It was spacious and the TV had connectors for all possible inputs. Ryan was also responsive when I had a quick question coming into the space.
Host was very responsive and even accommodated calls during the event when I had questions about the space. Great host! My only issue was that the bathroom sink was filled with dirt when I arrived?
Ryan was extremely responsive and great with answering questions. The space was bright and had lots of wall area for team activities. It was valuable to have the space as private - quite conducive for my learners. Could be a little cleaner, water cooler would be nice and parking options for those attending. I would use this space again.
