About the Space
This is a beautifully renovated contemporary 4 bedroom home with gorgeous front yard, back deck, pool, and grassy area in back. Expansive, modern kitchen is huge and perfect for catalog shots, cooking shows, private events etc. The main living room is also very large and beautifully done, modern with gas insert fireplace. This place is pristine, photographs beautifully, has great contemporary art collection and simply the finest for every imported light fixture....done to the 9's! The beauty is also in the open space floor plan and the simplicity as you can style the rooms to make them what you want.

Tons of natural light in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom, which we utilized the most. If you're shooting with kids, there's a great park nearby! Susie was quick to respond, and gave us the time and space to do what we needed. I would absolutely book again!
