Located in the heart of bustling downtown Chicago, you’ll be close to every mode of transportation the Windy City has to offer.
- Printing and Copying are available at a rate of 12 cents per B&W copy, and 50 cents per color copy. - Self-service coffee, tea, and filtered water are available at no extra charge, or we can serve a pot of coffee for $15 per pot which can serve 5 cups. - Bottled VOS water is available at a rate of $3 per bottle. - There is an extra charge of $40/hour if any type of clean up is required at the conclusion of your meeting. Billed in 15-minute increments.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
Give yourself some extra time during the first visit to find your way through the construction in the building lobby and multiple elevator banks. The space itself is great - clean, quiet and comfortable. And the views from the windows are awesome!
Neat and professional workspace in a great location. Excellent communication throughout the process. Fast and efficient check-in/check-out process at the reception desk. Directions appear a bit overwhelming at first due to construction in the building lobby and multiple elevator banks.
Everything about this space is top notch. From the reception lobby to the conference rooms to the actual office space. Will definitely be coming back!
