Our beautiful 2300 square foot loft is located in a free standing building and features high bow-truss ceilings and wood floors. There are a lot of windows allowing for consistent natural light throughout the day. The ground floor of the building is a 600 square foot clothing/home goods storefront with a warehouse in the back. A parking lot is located just next door if needed. This space is great for: Photo Shoots, Baby Showers, Engagement Parties, Food Tasting, Functions, Gatherings, Graduation Parties, Happy Hours, Holiday Parties, Marriage Proposals, Private Party Receptions, Reunions, and much more. The rate listed above is up to 15 people for small events/photo shoots in the upstairs loft only. For events up to 25 people: $150/hr For events 26 - 50 people: $250/hr For events 56 - 100 people: $350/hr
