About the Space
Modern doorman building on famed Harlem Restaurant Row, a 3-minute walk to Central Park, two express subway stops away from Times Square. Meticulously clean, warm, with experienced hosts. IDEAL FOR INTERVIEWS. Silent and full of indirect light. Shades available on all windows. Two elevators. Great Room (living room, dining room, and kitchen) is 505 sf and can accommodate 16 for a cocktail party. Additional dressing room when requested in advance. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking a lively Harlem street. Available for diverse events subject to agreement with the host and the rules of the building. OPTION: Food and drinks catering by the hosts, priced at $30 to $100 per person, ranging from refreshments to complex meals. Hosts have 20 years of experience in culinary arts.

Beautiful, spacious area to work. Very clean. Kitchen with coffee and water provided. Owners adult daughters where there to assist with our needs but stayed out of site. Would use the space again.

Beautiful apartment with great views of the street below. I booked for a photo shoot and the space was clean and ready when arrived. The space has a unique character & design and lends itself wonderfully to photography with the large amounts of natural light coming in. Absolutely would book again.
