Our Chelsea carriage house has two floors of event space, available individually (see our other listings) or combined, to host up to 200 guests. As a full-service event venue, we provide food, beverage, event management and support throughout. We specialize in culinary-focused events, from wedding receptions and cooking classes, to press launches and corporate conferences. We work as a creative partner with our guests who are celebrating milestones, launching projects they’ve worked hard to build, or simply want a space to cook and eat. SPACE The third floor is 2,200 square feet of open space with southern-facing light reminiscent of a Soho-style loft. Guests looking for an airy, bright canvas choose the Third Floor Loft for their larger events. We’ve filled the loft with every type of event from weddings to three-day corporate retreats, product launches to fashion shows. There are two bathrooms and built-in bar area. In line with our mission, we are committed to using seasonal produce and sourcing sustainably raised meats and fish. Every element, from the seasonal frittata served in our café to the food used to cater weddings upstairs, connects back to our founder's passion for local food. Our mission is to create connections through the pleasures of cooking and eating. Because cooking from scratch is good for our health, our farmers and our planet. PRICING The listed booking rate is for weekday daytime events with a 4 hour minimum engagement. Prices vary for evening, weekend and holiday times, along with the size of group and menu/amenity options selected. The booking rate applies towards our food and beverage minimum with access to our in-house furnishing, serviceware, standard menu printing, access to decorative pieces, and sound system. It also reflects our administrative fee based on the total cost of the event, inclusive of an onsite event manager and labor based on the total number of guests, event space usage, and the length of the event. Pricing does not include additional A/V services but these are available at an additional charge. Please inquire prior to booking to discuss details and associated costs.
*We require you provide day-of event insurance and valid permits, please contact Peerspace support if you need assistance in acquiring *We require use of our preferred vendors for any ancillary services requested. *All rentals include setup and cleanup time. *Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request as discussed prior to event. *No smoking indoors. *Must be over 21 to consume alcohol and be able to provide ID on request. GUEST COUNT The final rental rate is based upon the number of guests expected to attend the event and is inclusive of food, beverages, and other additional amenities as discussed and outlined in the booking details. Final number of guests for attendance must be confirmed with us seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled date of the event. ALLERGY AND SPECIAL FOOD REQUESTS In order to make every guest comfortable, we ask that you give us any and all dietary and allergy information regarding your guests within seven (7) days of your event. NO OTHER FOOD AND BEVERAGES No food or beverages can be brought into our space without the written permission of the establishment and will be subject to such service and/or labor charges as are deemed necessary by us. TASTINGS You may request a tasting prior to your event, but there is an applicable additional per person tasting fee. The tasting will include all canapés, courses and beverages to be served at the time of the event. DISPLAYS AND DECORATIONS, PATRON’S PROPERTY All displays and/or decorations proposed by you shall be subject to the prior written approval from us in each instance. Any personal property of you or your guests or invitees brought onto the premises and left therein, either prior to or following the event shall be at your sole risk, and we shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to any such property for any reason. Patron’s property must be removed from event venue at the conclusion of event. Any items left into the next day will incur a storage charge of $250 per day item is left on premise.
