Conference Room B has writable walls / whiteboards and full A/V capabilities. This room also has the ability to expand and combine with other available spaces for the capacity to accommodate up to 200 people. We strive for inclusion and collaboration in our space, so respect of the shared areas and offices is crucial. If you are unsure about the rules or have any questions, please message us via Peerspace and we'll get back to you within a few hours! ~ We are happy to share our list of preferred vendors for any catering needs. Outside food/vendors are okay as well, but please make sure our staff is aware of any food deliveries prior to your event so we can assist you. ~All our spaces have A/V capabilities. All A/V requests must be made at the time of booking. ~ If your event is starting/continuing past 5:30 pm, you must provide an attendee list and have a volunteer to assist with registration/check in. (Required by after hours building security). ~ If you are booking a weekend event, we need to have one staff member present to let you in and assist you throughout your event, if needed. This will be an additional $16 per hour. ~ Sadly, pets are not allowed in the space. ~ No smoking.
We absolutely loved this place!! It was perfect for our need with the VH1 Network, the kitchen area was wonderful space, and we used it even though I didn't think we would. The staff was very helpful and informative. They helped us direct our guest to the proper space. Also, loved the arcade Ms. Pacman. Very nice, and bright environment. I will definitely utilize this space again. Thank you all so much!!
Everything was perfect! The office is clean, modern, bright, and the amenities are top notch. The entire team said they'd happily come back for future offsite meetings. Danielle was really nice and helpful to the entire group.
