Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

Together we can discuss how best to configure this space to fit your needs while adhering to the Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. Virtual tours via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet are always available if you would like to preview our event space. Set up options: ~Classroom style (12-16 people) ~Boardroom (14-16 people) ~Theater (30 ppl) Conference Room B has two full whiteboard walls, an overhead projector, and a screen. We provide all needed cables and dongles for A/V capabilities. This room also has the ability to expand into other rooms to accommodate up to 200 people. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was perfect for our need with the VH1 Network, the kitchen area was wonderful space, and we used it even though I didn't think we would. The staff was very helpful and informative. They helped us direct our guest to the proper space. Also, loved the arcade Ms. Pacman. Very nice, and bright environment. I will definitely utilize this space again. Thank you all so much!!

Yes, I would book again.

Everything was perfect! The office is clean, modern, bright, and the amenities are top notch. The entire team said they'd happily come back for future offsite meetings. Danielle was really nice and helpful to the entire group.
