Beautiful, newly renovated 725 sq. ft. art gallery space located in West LA on Santa Monica Blvd. With white walls, high beamed ceiling and polished concrete floors throughout. The space is well-lit, with a big storefront window letting a lot of natural light in, as well as track lighting that can be adjusted to your needs. It has great storefront visibility along Santa Monica Boulevard, and is located near a variety of restaurants and shops. The gallery hosts month-long art exhibitions throughout the year, providing a unique backdrop of contemporary art for events. Amenities: - Large movable wall that can be used as a room partition or art display - The reception desk can be used as a bar or cashier station - The benches are also easily movable, or can be removed from the space upon request if you need to make more room for your guests or other items - Track lighting can be adjusted to your needs - Small modern kitchen in the back of the space (with sink, microwave, toaster oven, and fridge) - Wi-fi - Air conditioning to keep your guests cool - Projector and 84"projection screen - Bluetooth speaker (Bose brand: It's small but loud!) Folding tables and chairs available for rent at additional cost: - (2) 4-foot folding tables with black linens, $5 each - (4) 6-foot folding tables with black linens, $8 each - (8) black padded folding chairs, $1 each - (8) black wood/chrome dining chairs, $2 each Space capacity: 75 people (standing), 30-40 people (seated) Parking: There is one reserved parking space located near the back entrance. For guests, there is a public metered parking lot behind the building, metered street parking, and street parking throughout the local neighborhood. In the past, the space has been used for many different purposes: birthday parties, corporate events, music performances, film/photo shoots, pop-up shops, and more! Our listing's rate of $150/hour only applies to Fridays & Saturdays. Check our calendar and see below for specials: - Weekday rate (Mon-Wed): $100/hour - Thurs & Sun Special: $125/hour - Non-profit Special: 1 additional hour free Additional Fees/Services: - Wall Repair Fee, $50: This may be added for pop-up shops or other events that require putting nails or hardware into the wall to install displays or decorations. - Ask us about our in-house vinyl service! We offer basic vinyl decals using our standard font, customizable to your event information. The vinyl decals can be installed on the storefront window and/or gallery walls to enhance your event.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I am the co-founder of a nonprofit that works with unaccompanied minor refugees in Greece and we hosted an exhibition in Alison’s beautiful gallery. Not only is the space “white and bright” but the host is brilliant! She is super kind and very responsive. Our benefit not only looked professional but was also very inviting . There are so many thoughtful details: well placed electrical outlets, track lighting, a small kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioning and most importantly, the studio is perfectly located for your guests coming from any part of LA. As a native Los Angeleno, the location of your event is crucial for a good turnout and Alison’s gallery couldn’t be in a better part of town! I highly recommend this space and look forward to our next event!

Just had an amazing launch party event at Alison’s gallery. She had everything that we asked for and set up when we walked in. The place is the perfect size for 60 person party. Had a dj booth set up with open air photo area and enough room for a bar to serve wine. She was also very accommodating and helpful towards a small hiccup that we encountered at the beginning of our time there. I will totally use this space again for any and all events that I have. I booked this gallery space for a pop-up art exhibition that took place last night and I can't say enough wonderful things about the space and the Alison, the host. The space is beautiful, clean and in a great neighborhood. It has vibe that is both professional and warm and includes all amenities we needed to host our art event including kitchen, clean bathroom, speaker, wifi, and even tools. Great lighting and set up for art shows or any gathering. Alison was super accommodating and easy to get ahold of for any of our needs. We will definitely book this space again for future events.

I started planning my daughter’s 30th Birthday celebration in April. Looking for the best venue because my daughter is artsy....when I found this venue I immediately fell in love with it! Alison was gracious, calm, inviting and sweet! As a result some of the guest in attendance wants to use this venue for their events! Everything was amazing! I highly suggest this venue! Charming, intimate and bomb!
