Basic breakdown and cleanup includes returning furniture to original locations, removing all decorations, and throwing away all garbage in cans and bins provided in the space. The end time of the event will be marked when basic breakdown and cleanup is completed by the guest. If it exceeds the end time of the event, appropriate charges will be added via Peerspace. Staff will assist in furniture return and will remove all garbage from premises. A modern ground level coffee shop in the popular Grand Lake / Adams Point neighborhood with two walls of windows allowing for a vibrant, dynamic environment for your gathering. THEY CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE* *BEER AND WINE ONLY - NO OTHER ALCOHOL* FOOD AND DRINKS If you would like a barista to make specialty espresso drinks as part of your event, there is an additional $20 per hour charge. This will be added as an extra charge via Peerspace after the booking's completion. Requesting a barista must be made at the time of booking in order to ensure staff availability. Specialty drinks can be paid for individually by guests or a running tab can be kept which can be paid for at the end of the event. *Outside food allowed* *Only beer and wine. No other alcohol is allowed on the premises. No designated bartender can be present and beer and wine can not be charged for.* *There will be a staff member present at all times to ensure safety and to oversee the space. The staff member is not to be considered an assistant. Staff will not help prepare food, serve guests (unless hired as a barista to serve only purchased drinks), or set up decorations.* *Kitchen is not a full kitchen. It is set up only for reheating food with one convection oven and one industrial microwave oven available.* *Renter/caterer must provide own utensils, plates, cups, straws, napkins, and ice.* *Amplified music is allowed through our one-speaker PA system. This venue exceeded our expectations!!! Top notch staff! Prime location. Kedar responded promptly to all 1 million of my questions! If u need to book a venue in this area....this is the one and only spot to book!! Way more spacious that the pictures describe!!
I loved this space! Hosted a music night event there last night and our group had a blast! So grateful for the help and support we received with setting up the furniture, sound equipment and refreshments. The staff member (can’t spell his name, let’s call him Mr. M) even supplied us with an extension cord for the refreshments table. The space was clean, vibe was perfect, we would definitely book this place again!
We had an amazing and memorable 70th birthday party for my husband at Perch Coffee House. From booking the space, to planning the event, to the birthday party itself, the Perch team were a pleasure to work with. Malakai was at our event from setup to cleanup - he helped us in so many ways - unloading our cars, setting up tables for food and drink, moving furniture, putting up decorations/taking down decorations, bringing out food and drinks, and on and on. We are so grateful to him. Perch was a perfect space for our party - a variety of areas for people to gather - even a kiddie corner - nice lighting, attractive and comfortable furnishings and a good vibe. Our guests and we loved it!
I enjoyed the space. My family and friends talked about the venue the whole night and expressed interest in booking it for a future event. I will definitely book this venue again...the location, staff and setting was perfect for my CD release mixer and it was kid friendly which my guest and I loved. Thank you Kedar and Crew. Chanell J. Kedar was really pleasant and responsive. The space is exactly as it's shown in the photos. I appreciated that there was an employee on site during our event. I would def rent the space again.
Absolutely amazing space and on top of that Kedar and James were so easy to work with and made the event even more amazing! The coffee shop is spacious and has tables and chairs that can easily be rearranged to make it into anything you want. I highly recommend this location! Not one thing I would change or regret :)
