THEY CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE* FOOD AND DRINKS If you would like a barista to make specialty espresso drinks as part of your event, there is an additional $15 per hour charge. This will be added as an extra charge via Peerspace after the booking's completion. Requesting a barista must be made at the time of booking in order to ensure staff availability. Specialty drinks can be paid for individually by guests or a running tab can be kept which can be paid for at the end of the event. CONVENIENCE *Easily movable furniture and seats to accommodate a variety of setups. Cleaning fee included in the rental price.
*Outside food allowed. Ample kitchen space and prep area.* *Alcohol is allowed. However, there can be no designated bartender and alcohol can not be charged for.* *There will be a staff member present at all times to ensure safety and to oversee the space. The staff member is not to be considered an assistant. Staff will not help prepare food, serve guests (unless hired as a barista to serve only purchased drinks), or set up decorations.* *Kitchen is not a full kitchen. It is set up only for reheating food with one convection oven and one industrial microwave oven available.* *Renter/caterer must provide own utensils, plates, cups, straws, napkins, and ice.* *Amplified music, with or without a DJ, is allowed. But because we do not have a cabaret license, dancing is not allowed.* *Please account for set-up and clean-up times in the duration of the event.*
Kedar was really pleasant and responsive. The space is exactly as it's shown in the photos. I appreciated that there was an employee on site during our event. I would def rent the space again.
Absolutely amazing space and on top of that Kedar and James were so easy to work with and made the event even more amazing! The coffee shop is spacious and has tables and chairs that can easily be rearranged to make it into anything you want. I highly recommend this location! Not one thing I would change or regret :)
I honestly couldn’t have had my baby shower at a better place. The space was perfect and the host was so kind. I would highly recommend hosting small events here. We had about 40people attend and it was great.
Kedar was very responsive to my questions. He & his staff was helpful with setting up at the start of the party. This was a great space for our event - a baby shower. Our guests commented on the lovely space. It was the perfect amount of space & the layout aloud for different areas for people to mingle together. I would definitely consider using this space again for throwing a party.
Everything was absolutely LOVELY! The owners, James and Kedar, were more than accommodating and helped cater to our every need. The event would not have been a complete success without their help. Will definitely return to this venue for future events as well as for their tasty coffee!!
I love, love, love, this space! It was very spacious and open. I was able to use the space for many different things. Food section, theatre section, photo area, and karaoke. My mom loved it and our family had a great time celebrating here. This was great for my Mom’s 60th BD party. Our Barista was great as well. I would definitely like to use this space for future events. Kedar, thank you to you and Mal, ( sorry I didn’t want to butcher his name) and the rest of your team for helping make this day special.
