OFFERING PEAK AND OFF-PEAK WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND RATES MONDAY - THURSDAY ($70/hour from 3:00pm - 7:00pm with a 2 hour minimum) MONDAY - THURSDAY ($80/hour from 7:00pm - 10:00pm with a 2 hour minimum) FRIDAY ($90/hour from 3:00pm - 7:00pm with a minimum 2 hour rental) FRIDAY ($100/hr from 7:00pm - 10:00pm with a minimum 2 hour rental) SATURDAY + SUNDAY ($100/hr from 3:00pm - 7:00pm with a minimum 3 hour rental) SATURDAY + SUNDAY ($120/hr from 7:00pm - 10:00pm with a minimum 2 hour rental) Setup time must be accounted for in the rental duration. Basic breakdown and cleanup includes returning furniture to original locations, removing all decorations, and throwing away all garbage in cans and bins provided in the space. The end time of the event will be marked when basic breakdown and cleanup is completed by the guest. If it exceeds the end time of the event, appropriate charges will be added via Peerspace. Staff will assist in furniture return and will remove all garbage from premises. A modern ground level coffee shop in the popular Grand Lake / Adams Point neighborhood with two walls of windows allowing for a vibrant, dynamic environment for your gathering. Events that work best in our space include meetings, discussions, familial birthday parties, baby/bridal showers, and small-group conferences/seminars. *COFFEEHOUSE SERVICES (BARISTA AND DRINK MAKING) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE. THEY CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE* *BEER AND WINE ONLY - NO OTHER ALCOHOL* FOOD AND DRINKS If you would like a barista to make specialty espresso drinks as part of your event, there is an additional $20 per hour charge. This will be added as an extra charge via Peerspace after the booking's completion. Requesting a barista must be made at the time of booking in order to ensure staff availability. Specialty drinks can be paid for individually by guests or a running tab can be kept which can be paid for at the end of the event. CONVENIENCE *Easily movable furniture and seats to accommodate a variety of setups. Cleaning fee included in the rental price. See basic breakdown and cleanup procedures above.
*Outside food allowed* *Only beer and wine. No other alcohol is allowed on the premises. No designated bartender can be present and beer and wine can not be charged for.* *There will be a staff member present at all times to ensure safety and to oversee the space. The staff member is not to be considered an assistant. Staff will not help prepare food, serve guests (unless hired as a barista to serve only purchased drinks), or set up decorations.* *Kitchen is not a full kitchen. It is set up only for reheating food with one convection oven and one industrial microwave oven available.* *Renter/caterer must provide own utensils, plates, cups, straws, napkins, and ice.* *Amplified music is allowed through our one-speaker PA system. DJs are not allowed. Because we do not have a cabaret license, group dancing is not allowed.* *Please account for set-up and clean-up times in the duration of the event.*
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was a great space to host my son's 1st birthday party. Even though we couldn't put many decorations up in time, it was the perfect festive setting to host a party. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the venue manager was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The coffee house is much more Spacious than it appears in the pictures and was super cute for our poetry night. The host was a little late and he added more time to my ending which made me feel a lot better because I was upset lol. He was super helpful also. He helped me move chairs around, showed me where the bathroom was, and checked on me a few times to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I will definitely book with them again.

We recently moved away after living in Oakland for a decade, and this spot was a warm, central, private, and classy spot for a birthday party. James was incredibly helpful, making sure that we were all squared away with the sound system. Our guests were having such a good time because the space is so comfortable that it was hard to tell everyone to go home. I found this place after being disillusioned by trying to find a private room in a restaurant to rent. Getting a la carte catering and renting this space was by far a better option. I would definitely recommend booking here.
