This space is amazing!!! The pictures are awesome but seeing it in person is a must. Keith and Alicia are phenomenal host! Alicia was very patient with me. I had a ton of questions between booking and my event, she answered every question. All of my guest were impressed with the space. This was the perfect space to celebrate my 50th Birthday, so many areas for guest to mingle. The game loft/bar gives you a great view of the happenings downstairs and allowed nice movement. The space really carries itself and nothing is needed to decorate. But if you want to add some touches that touch on the celebration there are plenty of areas to add them, The street was quiet and the parking was unbelievable. If your looking for something different with lots of character, something beyond your average space look no further. This loft will make your event the talk of the town! I hope to rent again in the future!
Keith and Alicia were very responsive and very helpful hosts. Their space was filled with amazing energy and all my guests were blown away. The space was super clean and looked even better than advertised. I could not believe how easy and wonderful they were to work with. Huge respect for these two. Will definitely host my events at the space again.
Alicia was amazing to work with, and the space was equally amazing. It has everything that you're looking for-- great aesthetic, parking, kitchen, etc. Alicia was incredibly accommodating and helped us with all of our requests for the holiday party we planned. She even helped all our vendors get set up. The event went off without a hitch and the guests only had rave reviews for the venue. I would highly recommend!
The venue is just amazing, we love this place in fact it’s our second time celebrating our Company Christmas Holiday party. The only thing that really disappointed us is the guy named Keith, who was present during the event and happened the owner too unfortunately. He was rude, unwelcoming, and simply made everyone feel that we are not welcome. The guy named Klaus from last year was amazing and was with us the whole event and so were generous and gave him a good tip. The guy we had this time is completely the opposite. This is definitely our last.
This was an amazing amazing space. Alicia and Keith were so incredible from beginning to end. They were there to help with any issue at all!! Definite gem!
