All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Charming, furnished, 1920's Spanish home in Beverly Hills: The home measures 3500 square feet and the property itself is approximately 16,500 square feet. Ideal location for film shoots, photo shoots, commercial shoots, and any small-scale production. Features: - 2 bedroom upstairs (only 1 accessible to guests), 1 basement bedroom - Lovely dining room with wooden beams - Sunny breakfast room - Large terraced garden/forest - Step down living room/den - Living room opens onto the garden - Wood burning fireplace - Tasteful furnishings - Picture windows with vista of lush garden - Plenty of free street parking available for cast/crew. Located within city of LA and does not require parking permits. Additional Info: - - - - The master bedroom (pictured in this listing) is not included in this booking rate. Available to access for an additional charge of $50/hr, which can be processed through Peerspace custom booking. - Bathroom, closet, and vanity room in the master suite will NOT be accessible at all during booking. - Front steps of the house are currently not accessible, but back entrance through garden is available. - A site manager may be required depending on production size. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Nandu is an absolutely gracious host. We planned for a photo shoot in a complicated period and envisioned it being daunting. We were prepared for the worst. Thanks to Nandu our experience was the opposite. She was spectacular and her space is filled with gorgeous light, good energy and beautiful objects; each one telling its own story. For 8 hours, we forgot about the worlds issues. Nandu is incredibly responsive be it text, email, and or call. She made the process so simple and efficient. I would recommend her and to anyone looking for a creative space - every corner as an interesting moment to create your own world in a visual story. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Nandu!!!

The pictures do not this place justice. Beautiful property nestled in the hills. Nandu was a very gracious host even left cookies for the crew to enjoy. If the opportunity arises will def book again. 5 Stars.
