About the Space

Charming, furnished, 1920's Spanish home in Beverly Hills: The home measures 3,500 square feet and the property itself is approximately 16,500 square feet. Ideal for: private events, dinner parties, bridal showers, and receptions. Features: - 2 bedroom upstairs (only 1 accessible during booking) and 1 basement bedroom - Lovely dining room with wooden beams - Sunny breakfast room - Large terraced garden/forest - Step down living room/den with large sofa - Living room opens onto the garden - Wood burning fireplace - Tasteful furnishings - Picture windows with vista of lush garden - Plenty of free street parking available for cast/crew. Located within city of LA and does not require parking permits. Additional Info: - - - - The master bedroom (pictured in this listing) is not included in this booking rate. If interested in having access, an additional charge of $50/hr, which can be processed through Peerspace custom booking. - Guests will NOT have access to bathroom, closet, or vanity room in master suite. - Front steps of the house are currently not accessible, but back entrance through garden is available. - The $225/hr rate is for any event with guest count of 35 or less. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Nandu's house is absolutely beautiful. So much character. It worked wonderfully for our sit down interview. Great light and no sound issues at all. Nandu is the perfect host! Great communication, absolutely lovely and very helpful - she even left out some brownies and cookies for us, which went down very well with the crew. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone!

Nandu was a superb host! She was very sweet and great at communication. I enjoyed shooting in her lovely home. It was clean, had lots of natural sunlight, and had tons of green plants and flowers. My photo shoot in her home exceeded my expectations! Thanks Nandu!
