Located in the heart of the Financial District, this light-filled, open space encompasses the entire top floor of one of San Francisco's oldest landmark buildings, dating back to 1864. Featuring an incredible skylight, high ceilings and striking mirrors, we have large tables and plenty of chairs to accommodate any setup for your team meeting, seminar, presentation, or any other offsite need. There's available a phone booth for private calls. We offer a TV monitor and speakers for presentation purposes, as well as other AV capabilities. The space is ADA compliant and there's a bathroom located on the same floor. We can provide catering on request, or outside drop-off catering is fine. The building is in the bustling center of FIDI, near the Transamerica building and Market St., surrounded by tech and finance companies as well as upscale restaurants and coffeeshops. If you have a larger group, you can also book the connected floor downstairs from this one to accommodate up to 50 guests. Link here: https://www.peerspace.com/pages/listings/5994d09a42c2b43302df8833

I loved the space and everyone was very accommodating. I would have preferred if Arash could have met me there at the beginning of the event, but otherwise everyting was lovely. I have a difficult group to please so the staff was lovely. thank you!

We filmed a commercial scene at "Luxury Space" and Arash was a terrific host. Quick to respond to every email and went out of his way to accommodate us with any needs we had before and during the shoot. For any film teams looking for a beautiful location the skylight lets in a lot of natural light. Also, they have an elevator that will take you to each floor which is very easy and convenient for equipment. 10/10 experience :)
I hosted a party here. The food was great. The service was great. The staff was great. The space is really unique, and quintessential old San Francisco. The event ended up being a little more expensive than I had planned, and you really need to ask very clear questions to the host or else you won't get a very clear, detailed, response and might end up being surprised by some charges you didn't think were coming. My one criticism was that the lights didn't dim very low so the entire party was very bright. I was hoping it could have been a bit more dim and intimate (better for dancing!)
