-NO LOTION can be applied to the body when approved to use the pool due to the pool being a salt water system it clogs it. -No Alcohol -No pets allowed on property -No chemicals or cleaning products may be used without approval in advance -Furniture must be moved back to original space -If guest needs to extend the filming time he/she will need to message the Host 1 hr prior to the original requested booking time to inform the host. -No alcohol on the property -If you exceed the total guest (attendees) on your booking request/agreement you will be charged $30 for each additional guest. -If you exceed your booking time each additional hour will be charged at 1 1/2 times the original booking rate. -I would like the guests to scout the location prior to finalizing the booking to ensure they are 100% happy with the location.
