Patio deck on the tenth floor of a hotel in the neighborhood Soma. The gorgeous city views complementing the historic brick of South Beach creates an atmosphere the screams San Francisco. It is available for private events up to 50 persons, and is furnished with cocktail tables and patio heaters to create a comfortable, upscale intimate setting to meet one’s social, corporate, or wedding needs. Elevation 10 caterers all of it's own events, making the event planning process more efficient and easier for our guests. The average food and beverage minimum is $100 a person, but this may change based on guest attendance, etc.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
