This space features an INFINATE WALL for photo shoots and video production. The studio space is an open lay out and can be used for many purposes. It has a sound system and a bar for use by guests. The super cool thing about this space is that it has an attached apartment with a bathroom/kitchen/closet/living area with bed. parking available upon request. The neighborhood is very diverse and right on the edge of Down Town. Easy access to Echo park, Silver Lake, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Mid City, Beverly Hills and Close to USC.

Very unprofessional owner. Ignored my questions after booking the spot. I checked in 2 days before my shoot to confirm reservation and everything was fine. Less than 24 hours before my shoot he calls to tell me he "double booked". Turns out he wanted the space for him and his friends to use, so I had to have my crew come in 4 hours earlier. We agreed to a $50 refund for the inconvenience, however he didn't honor this either in the end. Would not recommend.
