About the Space
Located within close proximity to the W Hotel, Redbury Hotel/Cleo Restaurant, the Metro Redline, Katsuya, and Capitol Records, this trendy and stylish recording studio is stated to be a one-of-a-kind unique boutique recording studio in Hollywood, yet with reasonable pricing! The studio carries state of the art recording equipment and is acoustically built and tuned by 6x award-winning studio-designer Jeff Hedback. Our mission for clients is for them to leave with exceptional quality work. It is used frequently by both new up-and-coming talents and established major producers, songwriters and labels. Very user friendly: Option of working from either the internal “Client Hard-disk” setup (with all original software listed below) OR simply connect your own computer/ setup via USB to the Apogee Symphony converter and have access to the studios integrated patch bay. We will help you set this up in advance if needed. The recording studio also has a 317 square foot office/ lounge with a small fridge and kitchen. Optional add-ons: Audio engineer can be hired for additional $30/hr Get a special 24 hour lock out rate: $700 We will consider a long term lease for a discounted price. Measurements: CONTROL ROOM - 210 sq ft (20 sq m) VOCAL BOOTH - 120 sq ft (11 sq m) OFFICE/ LOUNGE - 317 sq ft (30 sq m)

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

What a amazing space! Looks exactly as pictured and was better than I imagined it was going to be. I used this space to record for a animated short I'm producing and the quality of the space and the equipment were top notch. Would 100% book with J again. He was so helpful and stayed around in the very beginning to make sure all the tech worked and that my audio engineer knew how to operate everything.
