Nested above an up-lighted private/long driveway, this home has the BEST views LA has to offer only a few minutes away from the Chateau Marmot. It is privately set above the Sunset Strip with 360 degree views of downtown, the canyon, and the ocean. This completely renovated, sexy, contemporary home boasts refined finishes, and tasteful design throughout. Natural light enters through the home's high floor-to-ceiling glass walls/doors and illuminates the open floor plan. It has 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and includes a cabana/media pool room as well as a custom 3 car showroom-like garage. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Jason was an awesome host. We used his space for a company party. He let us visit the space before booking and was super easy to communicate with. He even helped us get set up on the day of the event. Everyone loved the house and had a great time. We would definitely book again.

Incredible property megatimes better in person than in these photos! So many photo opportunities in every nook and cranny. To top it off an incredible host, Jason, who communicates promptly, fully and is a gem to work with. Do it. You won’t be sorry! I had initially booked another property but issues came up with it that had made it impossible. Initially I was disappointed and I had to do a quick shift scramble to find a replacement. What a blessing that turned out to be. I cannot offer higher praise. Kudos Jason. Cynthia
