Modernized Warehouse in Old Ballard

Our 6,000 square foot space is perfect for those companies and organizations who want something a little bit different from their next get-together. The unique layout and amenities are perfect for team-building activities, photo shoots and parties as well as co-working and small meetings! The space is a strength and conditioning facility with a large open rubber mat area, a living-room style area set up for Chromecast and cable, free Wi-Fi, and a 12' X 18' room for small meetings and workshops. The ceilings are 20ft high with tons of skylights - most of the time we don't even turn the lights on! We have a 10ft roll-up door that can be used to load equipment/supplies in and out as well as a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave and coffeemaker. We have several coffee shop tables, and several long folding plastic tables. We're two blocks away from practically everything, including a Trader Joe's, Top Pot, and several breweries and bars.
