This unique space is located inside a historic building just minutes away from Crissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge. No smoking. Only service animals please. All booking times include setup and cleanup. FIRE PERMITS SF Port fire permit will be required for any open flames. Host will acquire the fire permits and are an additional charge to guest. (Please contact host for additional cost) FOOD AND BEVERAGE We're happy to provide you with our in-house Cafe and Bar Services or our preferred catering vendors list for appetizers or catered buffets. All bar services are required through host. *Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be setup and consumed inside the Theater space. *Host must receive 48 prior notice to any food and beverage the guest will be bringing into the Theater. *Alcoholic beverages are only allowed through the Host. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Any needs beyond what we offer in house will need to be outsourced to a preferred vendor. Please contact the host or [email protected] for more information. Tenants will have access to the building 7 days a week.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This venue was beautiful for a movie preview, however the lighting was very poor for our panel right after. I think we didn't have all the information we needed regarding lights and microphone information.

We really loved having our event in this space! The venue was cool and located in an iconic San Francisco location. We booked it for an internal company celebration that showcased performance and presentations from our employees. It was a perfect space and size for our group of 75. My only critique is that the communication leading up to the event was a little scattered but everything ended up running smoothly in the end!

We hosted a small conference and booked the theater and the broadway space in May/June of 2018. When we arrived, the broadway space was double booked, and we were given a different section of the space, which was darker (two of the lights above it were out), dirtier (they tried to clean it when we arrived), and not as nice. Painters tape was all along the walls during setup, which we had to take down in order to complete our setup. There was a construction going on throughout the building that interfered with our audio intake, and was generally disruptive. The theater does get quite hot and stuffy if larger groups are in there for long periods of time, and I'm not sure there is airflow (fans or A/C) outside of opening both doors (which wasn't an option due to the noise.) We had access to the public restrooms instead of the private ones, even though when we toured the space, we were told we could use the nicer indoor ones. Communication was sub-par. Only after complaining about our space being double booked, we were given a discount for the event. I think the group that hosted us were new owners, and were still working out the kinks and renovations, but this experience was not great. They did what they could to make it work, and the event was quite successful as a result, but the whole process was clumsy. Bright side, I think we all learned from the event, and I'm sure it will be better for the future.

We had some communications problem but the event ran very well. The Erin's team was amazing very solicitous. Highlight for Mike who helped us a lot! I really recommend this place. I'm looking forward to our next event there!
