This pricing provides beer, wine, and low proof sake tea cocktails, as well as stationary or passed appetizers. You are welcome to add onto this if you feel you may need more. We will work with guest on a predetermined set menu for your special event. Menus are provided in the photography section for your convenience. $45pp standard bar $30pp passed (reception) $75pp (3-course seated dinner) After the hosted food and bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders turn into an additional purchase. A full bar can be provided by our caterers for an addition cost. Rentals may be provided for outdoor heaters or a tent (seating will be up to 40 max if tent is provided) Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. Host can assist guest on these elements and refer guest to Peerspace Concierge Team for anything else.
PRICING Please note: When not hosting private events, we operate as a restaurant lounge open to the public. Our minimums are relative to closing to the public for your event. FOOD AND BAR *In-house bar service only (no outside beverages allowed) *Outside catering is welcome, but minimums must still be met RESTRICTIONS: *No smoking *No pets *No advertising that can be seen by the public in the gardens below. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you.
