This is a truly unique and versatile event space! The building is over 6000SF, and our capacity is 49 people. Here's just a few of the events we've held: *end-of-season parties for sports teams *professional clinics and workshops *birthday parties *team-building events *brainstorming sessions and meetings *photo shoots The space is ADA-accessible with a community area (couches/TV/Chromecast), two gender-neutral bathrooms, a shower, and a small meeting room (available to rent separately as well). There's a kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave, as well as dishes available for use - feel free to bring in your own food and drink! Huge skylights allow a lot of natural light, and we have lighting available for evenings that change the mood of the space. We highly recommend that you come visit our space prior to booking in order to make sure your event will go smoothly - please contact us to set up a time!
*All equipment and furniture that has been moved must be returned properly to its location. *You are welcome to bring outside food and equipment into the space - we only ask that you pack out what you pack in. *Do not use weights and cardio equipment without special arrangement with us. No climbing on the racks. *Please stay off the mat area and boxing ring. *Premises are located near residential units and therefore neighborhood noise regulations do apply. *There is absolutely no smoking on the premises *You will need to obtain a banquet license if you plan to serve alcohol. *Pets are not allowed unless you make special arrangements with us. *Decorations cannot be nailed, screwed, or affixed in any way that would damage the facility or paintings without prior agreement with our staff. *No fires or candles.
