Host your event or meeting in our open, creative office space with modern layout located Downtown directly across from South Station. Six Large Meeting Rooms (Classrooms) with identical amenities are available for rental (subject to availability): Classroom 1: 20 chairs with desks Classroom 2: 20 chairs with desks Classroom 3: 20 chairs with desks Classroom 4: 30 chairs with desks Classroom 5: 24 chairs with desks Classroom 6: 48 chairs with desks Amenities include: • High-speed internet • Reception and check-in area • Coffee and water • AV in each room, with overhead projector and single input sound capabilities • Catering delivery & setup is allowed in our space.
We reserve the right to re-assign you to a classroom of comparable size, if needed. Sound levels must not be disruptive to classes. Signage and decoration must be free-standing and approved by staff. Nothing can be taped to the walls.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
