About the Space
The studio is made up of 2,500 square feet, and is fully equipped with a hair/makeup station, styling rack + steamer, production table, client couch, kitchenette area and more! Our windows face south west, so generally speaking (depending on the time of year) we get direct light in the studio starting around 2:00 pm until sunset. **Additional photo equipment can be rented on site. Please inquire for details. **Please note we do not provide seamless background paper ** The plants and furniture provide in the studio are not to be used as props. All props and shooting furniture must be brought in by guest / sourced elsewhere. We do have some posing stools and small seating stools that you are welcome to use though! ***SUMMER IN THE ATRIUM*** Please note that since The Atrium is a daylight studio in an industrial building with original steal and glass windows, it can get very hot in the summertime with the direct light coming through. There is no central ac in the building at all, but we do have a small window unit, and several large space fans that are scattered about in the space - a combination of opening the windows and circulating the air usually keeps things cool, but on the hotter days temperatures are hard to keep down. Please keep this in mind when you are planning your shoot, and notify your team so they can dress and hydrate accordingly.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
