Our space is located in the heart of the Brooklyn. We're accessible by public transportation, if you drive there's plenty of parking. We offer 1100 sqft, two 60" TVs, bathroom on the ground floor, white walls, dark flooring, tables or chairs. Depending on your needs we offer photographers, DJs, or event planning.
Location
Rules
There's no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. Outside food is allowed, limited alcohol is permitted. No pets are allowed. Music must not be heard outside the premises. Music must stop 15mins before event is scheduled to end. All trash must be placed in bins. Rental includes set up and clean up time. Permission from owner is needed to place anything on the walls.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Great clean open spacious convenient location! Clare and her staff were extremely helpful and patience with my guest and I. Felt like we all knew each other for years. Easy location to reach. Everyone had an amazing time exactly what i was looking for to celebrate my children’s birthday. I already have 3 people asking for their information for booking !
