All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our ~175 square foot studio is located on the 1st floor and inside of a former gallery space in the Mission (19th and York Crosstreet). It features exposed brick, skylights, and a finished concrete floor. The studio is furnished with beautiful custom made and mid-century modern furniture. There is a communal table along with 3 individual standing desks with steelcase ergonomic chairs. Entry is a breeze and there is street parking available!

Parking is fairly easy, but mostly 2 hour zones. So you might need to move the cars a few times.
General Rules
We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise and foot traffic to a considerate level. Otherwise our only rule is to treat the space respectful as you would your own space.
Please ensure that the door to the street remains closed during your time at the studio and do not let any one else who is not on your team into the building under any circumstance.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
