This intimate River North studio is brightly lit with hardwood floors and exposed brick walls. The high ceilings and open space make for a very comfortable, yet chic, experience. Track and fluorescent lighting options and beautiful, natural sunlight in the daytime. *You will notice mirrors in the pictures when you scroll through our images. -All set-up and break-down will be included in the hours booked. If you need to arrange a time to drop off supplies before the event, Heather or Emilee will arrange a time with you to do so. -Renter is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition that it was found. -Renter is responsible for removing all trash from the space. All trash must be put into the dumpster in the alley, not in the trash cans in the driveway. Failure to put all trash in the dumpster in the alley will result in an additional fee of $100. -The front door to the building must remain closed at all times, it is not ok to prop it open, even just a little bit. There is a doorbell and the staff member provided will answer the door and buzz your guests in. -Must be 21 yrs or older to book space. -No Smoking allowed in or outside of venue. No loitering outside the venue. -No furnishing, lighting, or equipment shall be moved without prior approval.
The space was very nice. We had about 30 people for a party and had plenty of space in only one of the rooms (we set up the other one but didn't even end up using it really), so we probably could have fit 60-80 comfortably. The space is up two levels of stairs so hauling stuff up and down was a bit tiring, but our host was nice enough to help take things up.
Samantha was our hostess and she was helpful, aconsiderate and personable. The space worked for our needs, aside from the difficulty of the old and crooked staircase that was slso challenging for some of our older guests. That detail also made it a hurdle to load up our event supplies and carry down at the end. For a reception with light appetizers or a meeting, would highly recommend the space was airy, good lighting and the sound system nice. The people were great to work with.
Emilee and her staff were all very helpful and kind. They gave specific and clear directions and guidelines as well. We ended up rushing to leave because we were behind schedule, and the onsite staff graciously volunteered to help out. This is a really nice space with all the resources needed to have a great event.
This place is AMAZING! The host are the Best. Great space. Me, my family, and friends had a phenomenal time. We got to bring our own food and drinks. I will so book again!!! Hopefully I can post pictures.. Thank You guys for a wonderful birthday ❤️😘🎉
