Our architecturally stunning modern treehouse located in the middle of San Francisco is perfect for team meetings, team building activities, off-sites, networking events, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team comes up with! Originally built in 1986, it has served as a private home, art gallery, and collaborative space for many different functions. Features: - Main meeting space upstairs has an open flowing floor plan with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, outdoor deck, and city views - Outdoor deck provides a close connection to nature with inspiring views of downtown San Francisco - Large windows immerse you in the peace and beauty of the redwood forest that surrounds the house - Full Chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and outdoor grill - Open floor plan and lightweight furniture for easy and flexible reconfiguration - Restroom on each floor - Dimmable lighting Included: - A/V Projector and large A/V screen - Whiteboards - Laptop and phone charging stations - High-speed mesh WiFi network throughout the space (each wireless mesh point is supplied by a high-speed ethernet hard-line ensuring fast, reliable connectivity throughout) - Wireless Sonos sound system on every floor that can be completely customized to group or split speaker pairs to best suit your needs - Concierge service to accommodate any possible group need (see below) We work closely together with the Peerspace concierge service to provide you any and all on-site needs including A/V equipment, catering, coffee service, bartending service, cleaning, security, valet parking, table and chair rental, event staffing, photobooths, additional dish- and flatware, on-site team building activities, or anything else that enhances your group experience in our space. If desired, we can also put you in touch with our private chef that has hosted in our space many times who can provide a full range of catering needs. We are a short 10 minute downhill walk to Cole Valley, UCSF, and Golden Gate Park. A MUNI bus stop is located 2 blocks away; the N-Judah MUNI stop is 4 blocks away. Want to lead a team building activity with a hike through the Redwood forest or up to Twin Peaks? The entrance to the Mt. Sutro Open Space Reserve is only 200 feet away. After your event, numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores are only a short downhill walk away.

John's space is truly a modern hideaway right in the city! Even though our group came from Oakland we felt focused and got plenty of team bonding and team visioning completed in this space. His place is also well-stocked with pens and other materials that was helpful to have on the day of the event. As a host, John was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided a thorough handbook that went over everthing we needed to know about the space beforehand. If you're looking for an escape or getaway within the city that encourages collaboration and creativity I highly recommend John's space! I will be booking again in the future!
