Sutro Open Space Reserve is only 200 feet away. After your event, numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores are only a short downhill walk away.
ART Please note that the space doubles as a rotating art gallery. As the inventory is constantly changing, the art on the walls may differ from what is shown in the pictures. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking or drugs allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please note that due to the unique design features of the house, which include several small openings in the stairwells and walls, toddlers are not permitted in our home for safety considerations. Absolutely Impressive, Professional & Beautiful! John was very easy to communicate and coordinate with throughout this entire booking process. He and his wife are prompt, thoughtful and great with follow up and follow through. Their home is such a perfect space and set in the most amazing location. We had a 3-day offsite for 18 people - we had room to present, conduct small group work, take walks in the beautiful environment...and cook in their very finely stocked kitchen! This experience was beyond our expectations and I would definitely recommend 100%!
I had a wonderful experience with Johannes and his home. I needed to plan a short notice work offsite, and wanted a location a little more inspired than an office. First, Johannes was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I have a new mom on my team and he went out of his way to make sure she had what she needed. Everything necessary to get to work was available and easy to find (projector, abundant outlets, whiteboard markers) and the instructions for getting in, cleaning, and locking up were straightforward. The space itself was exactly as described, airy and full of light even on a rainy day. It was so nice to be able to step on the balcony and breathe some fresh air during our breaks. We also enjoyed the colorful art. Having access to the kitchen made it much easier to keep the space tidy while we were working. The upper floor was the perfect amount of room for a team of 8. I would recommend this space to anyone, and hope to return!
Absolutely stunning house, spacious and with ample light. We had plenty of space for 10 people to work around the table and enjoyed the set-up with the projector. Johannes and Christina were fabulous hosts, helpful when needed and made it very simple for us to have a great meeting in this fabulous part of San Francisco. The view if phenomenal and go take a hike if time allows. We will definitely recommend the space to anyone who is looking for a quiet, beautiful and inspiring location that provides a different environment from your standard conference room.
Great host and house, Johannes and his wife were wonderful and accommodating. The environment was great to create a relaxed tone to our planning offsite. I would definitely book again and recommend the space.
Johannes was incredibly helpful with planning and ideas for food and hiking nearby. The space was exactly what we were looking for - creative and inspiring and relaxing - and 200 feet from a hike in the city. Everyone loved the space.
