Wix S F. booked a team retreat for 15 people
I booked this space for a group of 15 for a company retreat, and it met everyone’s needs perfectly. The place was gorgeous and had all the amenities our team needed. The booking process was easy and John was great to work with. He answered all of my many questions about the space as the organizer, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this place and book again in the future!

Jon A. booked a video shoot for 8 people
BEAUTIFUL SPACE. As good and better than shown in the pictures. Lighting, backdrops, and outdoor views were phenomenal. John was very accommodating and helpful throughout the experience. We used it for a video shoot. Notes in terms of shooting video here. - As it is with much of the bay area, there are a few construction projects on this block right now. Check on their status as they may affect background noise. - Obviously the wood floors make for a hot sound environment. Make sure you have someone paying appropriate attention to levels throughout your shoot. - The lighting from the windows was pretty great throughout the day and did not pose any issues for us as we were mainly shooting away from the windows.
Caitlin O. booked a working session for 11 people

Stephanie T. booked an off-site for 20 people
John and Christina are wonderful hosts, and my team and I were blown away by what a one-of-a-kind, outstanding space they have created to share. First: Space. It is everything the pictures show, and more. John and Christina have thought of every detail you might care about as a team (eg extra pens, paper, printer, whiteboards, a projector that magically transforms the room). The layout permits breakout sessions in a separate kitchen area, in addition to the large dining room table and separate couch area - and if you are lucky, the deck is a great option too! Kitchen is a chef's dream: good space, light, and an open space for light prep work, which we used for our potluck happy hour. Second: Location. The serene neighborhood makes you feel like you have left San Francisco, while still being accessible by public transit and an easy Lyft from other places in the city. Third: Hospitality. As alluded, John and Christina were responsive, thoughtful hosts. You can feel the warmth and creativity in their own lives, and they are extremely generous about sharing (eg kitchen tools, phone chargers and power/projection adapters of all kinds, and extra seating). They're incredibly responsive on Peerspace messaging, too! You'd be fortunate to host/attend an event in this space - our team is very grateful!
