LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This Picturesque community is conveniently located in San Mateo - 15 minutes from SFO, 30 minutes from San Francisco, and 30 minutes from San Jose. Our community lounge space is quiet and secluded, nestled behind beautiful landscaping and an apartment community. Ideal for day time meetings and quieter groups. The lounge features a full demonstration kitchen, two high bar top tables seating 8 each, a cozy sectional sofa seating area in front of a fireplace and television. The break out space has a pool table, second seating area, and is separated a bit from the main space - perfect for a quick game if you need to unwind during a day of brainstorming. 20 can comfortably fit in the space to work, and 30 if it's more of a mix and mingle scenario. We are proudly smoke free and pet free. All parties will gleefully comply with the PeerSpace cancellation policy. We do have a license agreement for guests to sign, and ask for Certificate of Insurance for your vendors and for your company. PeerSpace has Special Event insurance you may purchase, and wonderful concierge service to assist with your day-of needs. We are so happy that you are considering us for your meeting!

This space is located within a residential apartment home community, so we do need to ask that all guests be respectful of this. The space is kind of complicated to get to, so we recommend that you have one person present the entire time of your event to help direct people from the main gate in to the space. My team felt it was a great location for an offsite meeting, the space was very clean and easy to find. The staff was also very helpful leading up to the event as well as in person. They have already expressed interest and renting this space again.
This space was perfect for our needs. The photos are true to how the space looks IRL. The staff was very attentive and helpful and they even let us in a bit early each day to set up. Great location!
Tina was prompt and easy to work with. She was a great onsite host as well! Further, this space was exactly what we needed in terms of tech setup and space. There was enough for 17 people to gather together, and also was perfect for our smaller breakout groups. The kitchen was perfect for setting up lunch and snacks!
We hosted a design workshop here yesterday, and we loved the space! There's plenty of room to get creative, easy access to the bathrooms, a sink, fridge, wifi, and plenty of counter space. So convenient! A few reviews mentioned this, and I do have to confirm, the chairs are squeaky! But it didn't really disrupt our day. Tina was a great host – she made sure that all of our questions were answered and that everything was going smoothly. Our participants were delighted by the experience. Thanks, Tina!
