About the Space

Our professional meeting room is perfect for any gathering or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and collaboration. A large screen and classroom like set-up provides the perfect space for all your presentation needs. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with conference table, desks, and chairs Large screen TV Fully private space Laptop hook-up We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available at the community, but ride sharing is recommended. Ask us for any additional information you might need.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

It was a very nice space, beautifully places location. The room is a bit hidden towards the left of gym, but was able to find it successfully. I would book again in the near future.

Great space. Nice and large! Kitchen was great. Ping pong and pool tables were great. Unfortunately no ping pong balls but they offered to get us some. Missing DVD player remote but we figured it out without it. Hosts were so nice and accommodating. Went above and beyond. We will definitely use again.

A very nice space, unique, eclectic and fun. You will need somoen to let guests in for as long as you expect them to arrive.
