Fantastic Clubhouse w/ Breakout Rooms in Santa Clara

tl;dr: No on-site support for maintenance after hours, bathrooms shared with pool goers (wet floors), big space with fun extras TIP: Make sure to text the leasing office before they close for the access code. Maybe even start your booking while the leasing office is open so they can provide any support/maintenance if you need it. I was aware that this is a semi-private space and residents may be coming in and out. I was not aware that the pool was adjacent to the clubhouse, which meant pool-goers would be using the restrooms. Thus, the bathroom hallway and bathrooms themselves would have wet floors. The paper towel dispenser was not working in the women's restroom and there was a stall in the men's restroom that was dirty/clogged. I tried calling the after-hours number provided to see if maintenance could come to address it. However, the call center told me that they could only provide in-unit maintenance and had no information on who to call for the clubhouse. We ended up asking one of our friends to buy paper towels. I'm glad that I read reviews and saw that other people had trouble getting access to the space after the leasing office closed. So I made sure to text a couple hours beforehand and they responded quickly. Other than that, the clubhouse is nice and spacious. We were able to use one of the rooms as a place for us/guests to put their stuff. It was also nice to be able to put drinks/food in the fridge. Many of our guests played ping pong and I used one of the TVs to set up my Nintendo Switch. We all had a good time despite the bathrooms not being clean or stocked. I also wish we were given information on where the closest dumpsters were.

We had to find a space last minute and Lauren was very helpful getting us set up for the day. The check in was super easy and instructions were very clear. It was a very nice, clean and big space, perfect for what we needed!

Photos for this clubhouse does not do it justice! This place was amazing! Super spacious for my daughter's 1st birthday! The kids had a great time seeing all the fishes and birds swimming in the pond right in front of the clubhouse. The bathrooms were super cleaned and the space was large enough to hold 30 guests. Would definitely booked this clubhouse again for my next party!

Overall it was a nice location and everything was clean.

Very disappointed with this booking. I had booked the space an extra hour to set up for my son’s first birthday to give myself enough time to get everything done but I get there and there’s no one at the leasing office to let me in. I had asked Lauren who’s the person in charge of booking 3 days prior to the event whether I’d be able to get the place right at 2pm which was the time my booking started and she said that someone from the leasing office will be there to let me in and she also provided a phone number that I called but the number was not correct. If a resident had not let me in I would not have been able to get into the club house. It doesn’t end here, the $100 they charge with every booking to clean the place is obviously not used since the place was very dirty, I ended up cleaning all the surfaces where I was serving food and the trash cans were also half full. They had music blasting at the club house that I wasn’t able to turn off and when I texted the leasing office they said they couldn’t do anything about it since their staff was out sick. Over all, this was a waste of money. I will not be booking with Peerspace again.

Great space

Place was nice and spacious. Everyone had a great time. Lauren was great and responded quickly to my emails. I also want to thank Yusif from the management team as he was also great. I would use this space again in future.

Yusef(sorry not sure how to spell the name) was great In assisting me of showing the space on the day of. Also he has provided additional trash bags for the party which was great.
