All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This large, comfortable community room is an ideal space for your small film or photo shoot. The Living Room features a cozy sofa with two plush chairs, coffee table, and TV. The Pool Table room, and Ping Pong table are great spaces to take a break, or take a leisurely walk around our lake (complete with pet ducks and turtles!). The partial kitchen provides great options for keeping that good Food Fuel going! Added bonus - a meeting room with tables and chairs, perfect for that upcoming presentation. The clubhouse is not fully private. During bookings you may see residents enter the space to access the fitness center. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Street parking is typically plentiful for a smaller group and is available along Granada Ave. Parking is also available in the retail parking lot next to the leasing office.
General Rules
This space is proudly smoke free and pet free.
We recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space.
The Lounge is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. The clubhouse is not fully private. During bookings you may see residents enter the space to access the fitness center.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, Special Event Insurance.
We will all adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies.

Lauren was great to communicate with prior to the event, however on the day of the event I was unable to get a hold of her or the property staff. I booked my son’s first birthday party here on a Saturday from 1-6pm and they should’ve mentioned that the leasing office is CLOSED from 1-2pm for lunch. I actually arrived a few mins before 1pm but no one was there to check me in to the clubhouse so I texted the # that was on the door of the leasing office. Someone eventually responded after 15 mins later saying they needed to reach out to the staff. The doors are locked with a code so maybe if the staff won’t be there to give a temporary code to get in? Just a suggestion. The only reason I still gave 5 stars was because I checked out a few mins after my booking time and they gave me no issues about it. Overall this space is so beautiful, spacious and kid friendly. I would still definitely book again but I would coordinate with the property staff the day before to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Good space and ambience. Good management from Peerspace and supporting leasing office manager. Only one thing some Residents was cutting through to access gym and mail area without even asking and reading manager’s notice on the door. But overall hassle free experience 👍🏻

No, I would not book again.
Awful. Our host was not on site AT ALL. Terrible experience for my guests. There was random people walking through all day when we paid for the entire space. NOTHING was set up for us. I had to move dirty tables, and dozens of chairs and arrange the room myself. Internet connection was probably the worst thing that happened, as it impacted our guest speaker's schedule, and our ability to work. Outrageously priced for service and location.

This venue is great! It is spacious. We hosted a Halloween party for 40 people. I recommended this venue to my friends. Lauren is a great host, very patient and helpful. I will book this venue again.

Excellent space to host my baby shower. Lauren was very responsive to all my questions and sent the rental contract on time. I even was able to check out the place before booking the space. Everything was kept clean and my guests loved the space. I was allow to connect with the leasing office lady so I could setup a little earlier than my start time which was very helpful. I definitely would rent this space out again as my guests enjoy the amenities of playing pool, tv’s, and the ping pong table. It was easy place to locate and plenty of guest parking for the event. The only downside is everything has to be hung up using tape and nothing pinned to the walls for decor. Everything else turned out fantastic and my guests enjoyed the baby shower and location! Thanks to Lauren and the team for having the chairs and tables setup.

Very helpful staff and clean clubhouse. Also, very spacious. It is just unfortunate the gym is right next door to the clubhouse, and residents are welcome in and out. Overall great experience.
