The lodge is an outdoor destination for up to 45 day guests. A baby grand piano in the main living room with an open 2-story ceiling offers an intimate venue for performances. The mountain view property sits on 16 private acres bordering the Cascade National Forest, 7 miles from Leavenworth, WA (2 hours from Seattle). There are several possibilities for a ceremony site where all you see are the surrounding meadows with mountain peaks in the background. The photos are breathtaking. This authentic lodge offers 4,000 square feet of spacious living areas with ample natural light, views and rustic design with several unique outdoor spaces. Enjoy the 5 story, 6 bedroom, hand-made log house. Many dinners have been prepared and served from the large, well equipped kitchen with extra ease using the 2nd kitchen on the first floor. The lodge is also the place for the wedding party or Bar/Bat Mitzvah to get dressed and made up. (Lots of bedrooms with plenty of dressing tables and a large mirror for dressing!) There is plenty of parking for up to 10 cars and turnabouts both at the bottom and the top of the 3/4 mile driveway. NOTE ABOUT COVID-19 In case you would like to book, we want to bring your attention to some information from our listing regarding Covid-19. Since November 2020, the WA state governor mandates at least a 7 day quarantine before arrival and proof of negative covid tests taken no more than 48 hours before arrival. We ask that you text a photo of the test results of all your guests along with your IDs to our phone before you come. All is confidential. There will be no personalized check-in. Because of covid we do not supply any blankets, pillows, or towels. We clean and disinfect each bed with flannel top and bottom sheets. The lodge is very warm. People seem to appreciate using their own pillows and towels. We have double washers so you don't have to carry wet towels with you home. Here is the bedroom configuration: Lodge: Master: 1 queen Master loft (which shares the master bath): Queen Blue room: 1 king (could be twins) 1 twin Fireplace room: 1 king Large media room with Mason fireplace: Double futon Twin The master and loft share a full bath and double jacuzzi tub There is a second full bath on the main floor with laundry. The separate Cabin has a king bed and two bunk cots. The Bath House has two bathrooms, each with a toilet and two showers. THE PROPERTY After the event, immerse yourself in nature as you and your guests enjoy quality time together. Watch movies or SKYPE/ZOOM colleagues into the Lodge on the flat screen television in the media room. The room accommodates up to 20 people on furniture and on pillows on the floor. On cold nights, enjoy the wood-burning stove or build a fire in the huge river rock masonry fireplace. The main living/dining area makes a great space for a small concert or performance accommodating up to 25 people on furniture, floor pillows with an additional deck which can hold up to 10 comfortably. Take turns in the jacuzzi tub located in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped with plenty of storage for everyone's belongings!
