• 1 set of keys provided for the building. If you need an additional set, please request it in advance. No more than 2 sets will be provided. • Please respect the neighbors in the building. • There is a waste paper basket provided in the restroom to dispose of napkins, paper towels, wet wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons and dental floss. • Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet. NO tampons, kitchen waste or cooking grease. • No hanging out in the hallways. • Please help us recycle, it’s the law. Blue recycling bags provided at your convenience. Please separate cans, plastic and glass bottles from the other trash. • Absolutely no pets allowed. • Absolutely no parties. • Absolutely no loud music. • Absolutely no loitering in the hallways. • Absolutely no smoking inside. Please use the terrace. • Do not leave on any electrical appliances including heat and air conditioning when not in the apartment. • Any lost damaged or excessively dirtied items will be billed to you upon check out. • Any items left behind items can be arranged for return to guests at their own expense. Overtime fees are billed starting 30 mins past schedule departure time.
