Versatile Indoor/Outdoor event space in South Park Slope, located between the Prospect Avenue and 25th Street R stations, and less than 10 minutes from the F/G at 4th Street and 9th Avenue. The location and versatility of the space mean that it is great for parties, weddings, meetings, happy hours, company outings, baby/wedding showers, networking events, film shoots and more. Indoor Space (approx. 500 sq. ft): -Couches, tables chairs -Sink and small mini fridge available -High Ceilings -Lots of Natural Light -Air Conditioning Outdoor Space (approx. 2000 sq. ft): -2 Large tables with benches (4) and chairs (4) -Couches (4), chairs (8) and benches (2) with cushions -Umbrellas (2) for the tables and one over the bar) -Pub tables (2) and stools (4) -Pillows -Great views of Manhattan -Lots of sunlight -Sound system (AUX Cable) An on-call Events Administrator is will be available at all times during your event
HOURS: Saturday and Sunday Only. Our space has an 11pm curfew including clean up, so we recommend ending your event at 10pm. If you want to add time to your original booking, it must be agreed upon before the day of the event. FOOD/DRINK/CATERING: You may bring any outside food/ drink to your event. You are responsible for set up and clean up. You must bring your own plates, utensils, serving items, and cups as we do not provide any of these things. TABLES/CHAIRS: The furniture in our pictures are the only furniture that is available. If you need more chairs/tables, please include their delivery as part of the hours that you book for your event. SET UP/CLEAN UP - The booked hours must include time for set up and clean up. Guests must take everything with them at the end of the event – supplies, decorations, food, everything – unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. We are not responsible for any items left in the space overnight. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside OR outside on the roof deck. MUSIC: Must be kept at a reasonable volume. Guests must use the sound system we have provided. No DJs please. PETS: No pets are permitted in the building or out on the roof deck. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Events must be rain or shine. We do not have alternate space in case it rains. Please note that the roof deck is uncovered.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was perfectly sized for my baby shower. The outdoor area was loved by all, as the view of the city is awesome from the rooftop area. The inside was spacious to house the food, gifts and still had space for seats. The host answered my questions and even allowed some flexibility for us to add additional time to the event on short notice.

Overall space was very well kept and exceeded most of our expectations. Our host Greg, was very helpful and well knowledgeable on space, etc. This is a great space, I will recommend to others. The only thing that we weren’t accustom to is having to pay for additional setup/break down time. There were also two tables inside that had a shaky leg and collapsed at one point. Other than that this is a great space. Greg was an easy, friendly and nice host to work with.

I can't say enough about this space. It was PERFECT! I kinda fell in love with it when I went for a visit, but actually hosting my birthday here and seeing all of my friends and family there was actually better than I had imagined! The check in staff (Maddie?) was super nice and cool, and it's really easy to set up since almost everything is already there. They even have games my guests loved (cornhole and jenga). Everyone who walked in was like "How did you find this space?" (and some thought I lived there lol). Of all the compliments I got on the event, the space was at the top of the list. My only regret was not reserving more time at the end. So give yourself at least 2 hours to wind down (i.e. nicely encourage your guests to go home lol) and load out stuff so you're not rushing. Huge thanks to the BrooklynWorks team for answering all of my questions and accommodating multiple visits to make sure my bday was perfect. It was, and I'd book here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience. We had a wonderful party for my wife's thirtieth. Family, friends, children, everyone soaked in the excellent NYC view. Staff were super helpful and professional (Greg and Genna were excellent). This is a no brainer for any event you would like to host.

This space was absolutely perfect for the Bridal Shower I hosted!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The roof deck had plenty of space to move about and mingle with enough tables and chairs for everybody's use. It was really great to also have the air conditioned inside area for food set up. The bar set up in the center of the roof deck was perfect and there is an awesome stereo set up that you can very easily hook your phone up to for music. If having a day time party, I definitely recommend bringing sunscreen! And FYI there is no Microwave or oven so if bringing food that needs to be warmed up then I recommend bringing your own.
