Clean what you use. *Must communicate in advance which room will be needed (subject to availability). Events are conducted outdoors. Must communicate if wish to use the kitchen / fridge / indoors *Keep the carpet clean (either shoes off, or cover it up) *No confetti, no tape that will take paint off *Please don't use cookware / personal items in the kitchen *No smoking in the house. *No loud music, esp after 9:00 pm. *We have cameras outside, and one inside facing the front entrance. *Nominal admin fee for handling delivery / storage outside of booking *Nominal admin fee for bounce house (delivery, power supply, storage) - please inquire before booking *Trash must be taken out at the end and placed near the trash bin area. *Parking: First come first serve on this hillside residential street. Inside the front yard can fit up to 7 cars. Many street parking half a block away.
Great space with plenty of natural light. Hostess is very clear and easy to communicate with, and accommodating, going out of her way to contact me about kit I left behind. Would definitely book again!
Cindy and Johnny were both great hosts, and had everything I needed for the night of my birthday party. They were very accommodating and easily reachable in terms of communication.
Cindy was awesome and responsive to me needing to reschedule my original booking. The home is beautiful, well decorated and the backyard looks amazing. I shot my candles throughout the home and backyard and would definitely book again for other projects.
I rented this space for a women entrepreneurs’ retreat that included yoga, small group breakout sessions, and brunch. The space was a perfect getaway from the city but also accessible enough for people who drove in from all around the region. Everyone loved the space! Cindy was such a generous host. She was available for my questions throughout the prep process, allowed me to check out the space to plan the flow of the day, and even gave suggestions for vendors. The day of the event her assistant Carina was also accessible for anything that came up. We had an amazing event and I believe a huge part of it was due to this magical space. I’m already thinking about possibly repeating this or another event there in the future. Thank you for everything, Cindy!
