*BOOKING TIME: STARTS WHEN THE FIRST PERSON SHOW UP, ENDS WHEN THE LAST PERSON LEAVES. Overtime assessed at 1/2 hr increment per Peerspace rule. *Leave the space as you found it. Clean what you use. *Must communicate in advance which room will be needed (subject to availability). Events are conducted outdoors. Must communicate if wish to use the kitchen / fridge / indoors *Keep the carpet clean (either shoes off, or cover it up) *No confetti, no tape that will take paint off *Please don't use cookware / personal items in the kitchen *No smoking in the house. *No loud music, esp after 9:00 pm. *We have cameras outside, and one inside facing the front entrance. *Nominal admin fee for handling delivery / storage outside of booking *Nominal admin fee for bounce house (delivery, power supply, storage) - please inquire before booking *Trash must be taken out at the end and placed near the trash bin area. *Parking: First come first serve on this hillside residential street. Inside the front yard can fit up to 7 cars. Many street parking half a block away.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Although the space looks nice online, the post should definitely be updated with more recent pictures of the space. The space is alot smaller, than what it looks like online, (picture angles are everything). Also there were some pretty big green bushes in the lower back garden , that didn't look too well kept, and definitely limits the size the space that you think you're getting. Although the host provides a few parking spaces and says parking is limited, IMPOSSIBLE would be more accurate. The street is very narrow and u can only park on one side of it. It was a Sunday and the ticket officer was working, so parking on one side is extremely enforced. I stopped by to look at the place to get an idea of how to setup the decor, and I STRUGGLED to find parking, went around the block multiple times until I found a space and even then, I still had to walk up an extremely steep hill to get the place. The parking would've been an extreme inconvenience to my guests, and I wouldn't tell all 80 ppl to take an UBER, so I had to look elsewhere. Although the host was great at communicating in the beginning, her communication fell off getting closer to the day, and I didn't hear from her for weeks until the day before the event. Lost all my money booking this place, but I made the right choice. The host could be a little more honest about this post, people are paying for it after all, and should know what they're really getting themselves into.

This location has such a pretty backdrop. Just beaware of the noise during the day. There's a school right behind the house and the neighbors seem to work outside as well.

Although I did enjoy the space, I did feel communication from Cindy fell off closer to my booking date. I also find it a little odd that you aren't given a grace period before and after the booking to set up/clean up. Thank you for allowing me and my family to use the space for my graduation party.

It was a wonderful venue with church & palm tree views. It was also very pretty with lights on at night. The host, Cindy, was nice and quick at responding to your needs most of the times. I would book again. :)
