  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Very nice, functional space. Front desk personnel was great, very helpful. Space included water bottles in small fridge (in conf room), and coffee in main break room. Wi-fi was good and easy to connect to. Used the large flat panel LCD on the wall with HDMI connection to project on to. Location is very convenient (right off of I-95 in Hollywood, near downtown). Location was perfect for my meeting, that had folks attending from north in Boca Raton and south in Miami.

Yes, I would book again.

Extremely clean and easy to setup/use the tv for projecting. Yaima was very responsive. Would definitely book again if I'm back in the area.
