Our well equipped event spaces are perfect for your next intimate gathering or cocktail party. The unique settings and reliable amenities deliver an enjoyable experience every time. THE SPACE The Lounge is located inside of a residential apartment home community and so we do ask that any event or meeting be appropriate for that space. The 1200 square foot space is great for a laid back meeting with lots of small group brainstorms, or your special event. There is a bar with four stainless steel bar chairs, large slick meeting table with seating for six. A sectional sofa cozies up to build in seating flanking a 55 inch television. Pool table and Scrabble for those good break times. A small four-person conference room is attached if someone needs a quiet space. Our outdoor BBQ grills are perfect for a breath of fresh air. AMENITIES Round table, island, counter space, bar stools, sofa, TV, Wifi, fireplace, pool table, BBQ grills. THE LOCATION The Fillmore District has a LOT of history, and our lounge space embraces the musical history the classic San Francisco neighborhood surrounding our beautiful building. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at email@example.com Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. Amazing place. Fit all our guest perfectly. Had no problem buzzing people in. There was a 150 cleaning fee so we tried to clean up as best we could. Tran responded to messages quick and Gunther the front desk personnel was super nice. Would love to book this place again.
The space was pretty amazing. Great for the 30 people I had there. There wasn’t much instruction as to cleaning, but with the cleaning fee I admittedly left a mess and left over drinks in the fridge. I’d definitely rent this for a nice party

The space itself is beautiful. It is very open, great natural light, very spacious. It has a decent size restroom, storage room, a large refrigerator and microwave. The down sides were the bad WiFi, street parking, and the entrance/exit for myself and the guests. Every time we would try to use the WiFi, 5 minutes later, it would boot us off. It was quite frustrating with trying to play music for the party and it kept stopping or skipping. In terms of the entrance/exit situation, I came in 15 minutes early so I can get my phone set up to buzz guests in. I was told the systems takes a few minutes to reboot. I asked if we could do a test but we were still waiting for the system to work. The system never worked and throughout the party, guests called or texted and I had to stop what I was doing and ran out to let them in, every single time. Side note: my go to person was all the way on the other side of the building. No one checked on us or even came at the end of our rent time to take the keys. I finally went to the other side to drop off the keys. I asked if we can do a walk through before I left and we did. Our host, Tran, was excellent via messages. I believe we only met in person once back when I was inquiring about the space. After that, I only dealt with the person working at the building. He was very friendly but wished he was more on top of things.
I was really impressed with the space. We used it to film interviews and the natural light and texture of the room helped make the images beautiful on camera. It was really quite too, which came in handy for recording sound. Tran and Gunther were very friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to my messages and made the whole experience super easy an painless. I’d definitely recommend using this space if you have a small event. I’m keeping it on my favorites list so I can use them again in the future!
The space is amazing! Our guests had a great time. Our experience with the management staff was great. All of our guests loved the space. If I had one negative thing to say it would be about letting the guests in but that was okay once everyone arrived.

The space itself is great. A lot of natural light, great kitchen-area space for catering and supplies, good table for meeting, and excellent break-out spaces. We held our Executive Team offsite retreat here, and everyone commented on how much they liked the space. Tran, the host, was very responsive leading up to our booking. The only thing that was challenging was the morning, as our booking started at 8:30 am and Tran was not there. It made getting set up with the tech very stressful and difficult. I would book again as now we understand the space; I just recommend that Tran greets new guests in person and be available when the booking starts.
