Our well equipped conference rooms and meeting spaces are perfect for your next professional meeting, creative brainstorming session, or team building exercises. THE SPACE The Lounge is located inside of a residential apartment home community and so we do ask that any event or meeting be appropriate for that space. The 1200 square foot space is great for a laid back meeting with lots of small group brainstorms, or your special event. There is a bar with four stainless steel bar chairs, large slick meeting table with seating for six. A sectional sofa cozies up to build in seating flanking a 55 inch television. Pool table and Scrabble for those good break times. A small four-person conference room is attached if someone needs a quiet space. Our outdoor BBQ grills are perfect for a breath of fresh air. AMENITIES Round table, island, counter space, bar stools, sofa, TV, Wifi, fireplace, pool table, BBQ grills. THE LOCATION The Fillmore District has a LOT of history, and our lounge space embraces the musical history the classic San Francisco neighborhood surrounding our beautiful building. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. All events must end and be cleaned up by 11:30 pm. We are so happy to have you!
The space is amazing! Our guests had a great time. Our experience with the management staff was great. All of our guests loved the space. If I had one negative thing to say it would be about letting the guests in but that was okay once everyone arrived.

The space itself is great. A lot of natural light, great kitchen-area space for catering and supplies, good table for meeting, and excellent break-out spaces. We held our Executive Team offsite retreat here, and everyone commented on how much they liked the space. Tran, the host, was very responsive leading up to our booking. The only thing that was challenging was the morning, as our booking started at 8:30 am and Tran was not there. It made getting set up with the tech very stressful and difficult. I would book again as now we understand the space; I just recommend that Tran greets new guests in person and be available when the booking starts.
The space is AWESOME. This was the best indoor party we ever hosted outside our home and worked out well for a kid's birthday. It's roomy and versatile. Lots of space for informal groups of to gather and still feel like you're all together at one event. All our guests – parents and kids alike – were impressed. It is logistically a bit complicated with multiple street entrances, call boxes, and ways to the lounge itself. I wasn't able to connect with Tran to see the space in advance so we had to figure a lot of things out along the way just as the party was getting underway. For example, there's a great kitchen/serving space, but no burners to heat anything. Music was hard to connect. And the door took a long time to program to the phone with guests getting stuck outside at the door. Despite all that, it was a great party space. Chris was helpful once we got there but make sure you check it out in advance.

This venue was perfect for our engagement party! Everyone we worked with was super helpful and responsive, from my intial questions prior to booking, to helping us get situated the day of the event. We had 50 people and there was definitely enough space for everyone to hang out and relax. I would book this venue again in an instant!
This lounge is incredible! Very beautiful, and was perfect for our RockStar themed Baby Shower. Guests were very impressed with the venue, and many asked us for the information so they can book it themselves. Gunther and Tran were super helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Gunther even helped me unload some things out of my car, and allowed us to begin decorating a bit earlier. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue, it’s perfect for any special occasion, and it’s super classy, and can accommodate up to 60 people comfortably. There is free residential parking all around the neighborhood, and you are given 2 fobs for access. I can’t wait to book this venue again!! Thank you Gunther and Tran!
My husband and I hosted our daughter's first birthday here with about 50+ guests. The space is really beautiful, spacious, and bright. I really loved it. As previous reviewers have mentioned, however, it is a real pain to lead guests into the lounge. There are about 4 doors that need key fobs to enter. The first door, the leasing office will program your phone to let you buzz in your guests, but then they're stuck in "purgatory" between the first and second door waiting to get in. The second door needs to be manually opened. Then there's a third door that needs a key fob also (luckily, they allowed us to keep that one propped open). Lastly, there is the actual door to the lounge, which also requires a key fob to go in AND out (yes, there's a fob to get OUT!). It's key fob central. So we did a LOT of running back and forth to open the doors for guests. Ladies, wear flat shoes. Or, if you can, have someone be a door opener, essentially. Also, beware that the pictures haven't been updated and the one and only blank wall they have in the space (that's big enough to decorate), is actually now covered with vinyl records. Overall, I'm still really glad we chose this space.
