Conveniently located on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica, near Brentwood... This is a wonderful, modern, open floor plan office space with 2 offices plus a large conference room, lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc), an outdoor patio with seating for 10+ and even a ping pong table if you need to take a break or settle a bet with a coworker! Most of the furniture (including ping pong table) can be moved (or removed) upon request! There is approximately 1172 sq ft of workable space and another 225 sq ft of outside patio space. The floors are brand new polished concrete and everything is kept meticulously clean. Meeting Support: - High speed wifi (300/150 mbps) - 6' x 4' glass dry erase board (and markers) - Printer/Scanner/Copier - Projector w/ Screen - Yes, we can add more chairs to the conf room as requested (up to 8) FOOD & BEVERAGE: Clients are welcome to arrange their own food and beverage. Our kitchen can be stocked with anything your team needs to have a fun, productive visit. PARKING: There are plenty of parking options. There is underground garage parking (free after 6PM M-F and anytime during the weekends). There is also plenty of metered spots as well as free parking on Wilshire and our major cross street. MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE: The price & space is designated for 12 people. It can hold more than this, but for groups that are above 12 people, the hourly rate will be $75/HR.
