Our large studio is roughly 25'x25' and includes a small stage, music equipment, a projector, and some seating. We also have a small lounge next to the room which is public space. The space is located within a collection of 15 fully backlined music studios which are rented hourly. The hallways and public areas are shared with our other clients. We have a front desk with an attendant who is on-site and available for help with check-in and with any technical problems. We also have extra music equipment available for loan, rent, or sale if you have unanticipated needs for gear. The equipment in your studio includes: -24 channel Allen and Heath Mixing Board -2.2 QSC Active PA System -3 vocal microphones (extras available for $3 rental) -5-piece Pearl Crystal Beat Drum Set -Bad Cat Boutique Guitar Amplifier -Fender Twin Reverb Guitar Amplifier -Aguilar bass amp head w/ 5-speaker cabinet -Roland RD-800 Weighted Keyboard/Synth -Projector which guests have used for movie screenings, Youtube karaoke, visuals, etc.
Our space is used daily by hundreds of local rock and roll musicians so we are pretty relaxed. We ask that all smoking be kept outside and that all alcoholic beverages are kept within the music studio and out of all public areas. The music equipment in our studios is treasured by our community. It is a major expense to maintain, so we ask that all the gear be respected at all times. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the renting party. If there is equipment that will be unused during the event, we ask that you let the front desk attendant know and they will move it from the studio for safe-keeping. We allow outside food, beverages, and pets as long as they are cleaned up by the responsible parties. Any extra equipment that the guest uses must be returned to the front desk at the end of the event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Nice space for a jam party! They have drums, amp, and a PA. You can gets mics from the front desk, and they have guitars and basses to rent, and other small accessories like drumsticks, picks and strings for sale. We used the space for our bachelor party and it was really convenient not having to lug around gear all night and just use what they had at the space. The instruments are good quality and in good condition. The reservation was very easy and Tanner was very nice to work with. Thanks!

My Band (Athena's Touch along with Lorenzo) had the show recently (6 29.19 Sat). Our guests had fun! The place is good enough size for private event like what we had. Jeff was very cool, laid back and helpful to our needs! Couple of things though: At the start of our show, the amp (Black Cat) was acting up a bit. It would died down couple of times but it worked through out the duration of our performances. And also perhaps add a floor monitor though I know the stage would become smaller but just a suggestion. Overall, it was great experience!! Thank you Tanner for being informative and able to answer all my questions prior on booking. Appreciate it man!!

Tanner is super responsive and very helpful! He helped me plan and execute my birthday party. All of my guests were in love with the space. They all said it was the coolest/most unique party they have ever gone to. I used the space for a birthday party and had about 20 attendees. We sang karaoke and played the drums all night long. It was so much fun and no doubt all my friends are jealous.

The studio was great! I had a karaoke party for my friend's birthday. My chrome cast wasn't working and they helped me figure it out and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I would totally recommend this place.

I really liked the space that I rented at Music City Rehearsal, but found a few points that could have been improved. Communication - Tanner missed my first reservation and I had to reapply for the space. He said he was out of town, which was fine, but if he’s with a company there should have been someone else monitoring the system. He missed one of my messages over Peerspace and I had to finally call and leave two messages for him. I didn’t feel like a priority, even though I said I was having a party for 50. I didn’t feel like I was well prepared by the staff for the party. I even went to visit the space beforehand and felt like the front desk made me feel like I was a burden for asking questions about the space. The tech: They post pictures and advertise for Karaoke, but when asked about their set up, was told that their tech doesn’t work and I would have to bring my own laptop in and hook it up. My laptop was not very strong and the karaoke cut out a lot, so it would have been great to have better tech to run it. The space: Beautiful. Loved it. So rad. The walls are all sorts of beautiful colors, the string lights were magical, and the stage was awesome. That being said, there were two bottles on the floor that were there before we arrived. I was also provided no trash cans. I asked for some solution and they just gave me bags and told me to put them on a chair. For large parties with food and cans, there should be a better solution. Overall my guests and I had a great time, but I was not completely satisfied with the customer service and prep I received. I might book again but only because I know what to expect.

Fantastic space! Staff was accommodating with some technical issues that they resolved quickly. The studio had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to booking this space again
