Our space is an urban venue located within minutes of downtown LA. The space is modular by design allowing each event to take on its own creative identity. Works by renowned graffiti artists grace the walls on a massive scale and adds a deep backdrop to the space. Our vision is to continue working with local and international artists to bring different perspectives to our little corner of LA. The space will continually evolve as an ongoing creative project that we hope will bring positive energy to the city of LA through art, events and urban sports. The venue is 15,000 sq. ft of open space featuring ultra high 24’ ceilings. (2) elevated lofts overlook the entire venue as well as several private staging and storage areas that add an additional 2,000 sq. ft. The attached parking lot is unusually large with up to 400 space capacity (50 spaces are included with your booking, but can reserve up to 400 for an additional fee). * Most of the photos in this listing show a sport layout, but the space can be cleared and configured to suit your own layout needs. Photos of additional types of layouts and events will be added shortly. IMPORTANT: Our space can be booked in 3 space configurations: 7,000 sq. ft / 12,000 sq. ft / 17,000 sq. ft. The booking rate for this listing is for 12,000 sq. ft. If you are interested in a smaller or larger configuration, please contact me for rates/availability. Our space is generally available Mon-Sun / 9AM - 2AM. Please make sure to factor in load in / setup / load out time in addition to duration of actual event. A facility advisor (me!) will work with you from pre-booking through completion of your event to help ensure all of your needs and expectations are met. Food / Catering: Outside catering is welcome. If you use outside catering, you will be responsible for all food cleanup after event. We also partner with local restaurants / food trucks if you would like us to provide catering. Alcohol / Bar: Alcohol / bar is generally only available through our space for: • Private events • Charity events • Please note, we follow ALL local ordinances involving alcohol without exception • If guest provides own bar services, a bar buyout fee is required Seating and Furnishings: Each event is unique, so most event guest provide their own seating, tables and additional setup to suit their needs. We can also refer you to local vendors that provide rental services. Security: Security is required for any event with alcohol and more than 50 people. (1) security is required per X number of attendees depending on type of event. Fee per each professional security personnel is $30/hr. Insurance: Proof of venue event rental insurance is required at least 7 days prior to event.
Mike was the most professional host I have the pleasure of partnering with. He is always on it before, during, and after the event. What is so great about Mike is that he goes above and beyond what he actually has to do. One of our volunteer team members caught him sweeping some confetti from the floor due to our event. I quickly took that broom away and he gracefully wanted to help. We still took the broom away from him. The venue is amazing. It is great for our diverse Youth Group and it was just a comfortable but really cool environment to be in. Looking forward to partnering with Mike and using this venue again very soon!
Amazing venue! We were so impressed with everything. The venue managers and staff couldn't have been any more helpful. We would highly recommend this venue for a large array of events and will definitely be back.
